Managing Partners

Chip manages the company’s customer acquisition and retention efforts, its national sales & marketing program, and oversees all of MSP’s financial management

After graduating from Bucknell University, Chip began a 20+ year career in the graphic communications industry, leading several companies in a wide variety of management functions. He was instrumental in expanding the national footprints and implementing innovative environmental efforts in the industry.

After work, and even before, Chip can be found on the basketball court.

 

Jon is responsible for the company’s corporate communications, administrative matters, community and government relations, and human resources.

He began his professional career as part of Grey Advertising’s account management team after graduating with a BS degree in business administration from Boston University. In addition to Grey, Jon held senior account management positions at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising and Partners & Shevack.

Outside of the office, Jon is passionate about cooking (which he is good at) and playing guitar and piano (which he’s not so good at.)

Roy is focused on driving MSP’s overall strategic mission, corporate development, and M&A activity.

He began his professional career with The Procter and Gamble Company after graduating with a BA degree from Bucknell University.  At P&G, he served in various sales and sales management capacities.  In addition to his efforts at MSP, Roy is a respected leader who has been recognized with numerous business association awards.

He is also a trustee of Peddie School in Hightstown, New Jersey, has participated in a strategic role for many philanthropic fundraising campaigns, and is a generous supporter and contributor to numerous national and local charitable organizations.

In his spare time, Roy is a wine enthusiast and avid cyclist.


Team Leadership

Steve Moody, Chief Operating Officer

Prior to joining MSP Digital, Steve held a variety of positions with a focus on database management, campaign retention and custom data analytics.

Steve was one of the founders of CCI Direct, which focused on the not-for-profit sector and specialized in turn key fundraising campaigns.  The company became operational in additional segments including the retail, travel and financial sectors and was capable of processing and handling over 8 million direct response solicitations per month.

Prior to CCI, Steve was an executive team leader for one of the pioneering companies in direct mail fundraising. By implementing new technology and personalized applications, clients were able to produce higher rates of return on their fundraising efforts.

As an accomplished online and offline media professional Steve has a track record of exceeding client expectations. Working at MSP service offerings have been accelerated with specialties in custom web development and integrated campaign management.
When enjoying down time, Steve is a Scout Leader, Civic Volunteer and Uber driver for his 2 kids.


Account Management

Mary Boehm, Vice President of Sales

Mary is an industry veteran who has held successful sales, marketing and communications positions with several Fortune 500 companies throughout her career. Most recently she has worked closely with clients in the education, pharmaceutical, retail and non-profit markets to develop marketing and fund raising collateral, as well as sophisticated web-to-print solutions. She is a graduate of Rowan University.

 

Nils Morgan, Strategic Account Manager

Nils comes to MSP Digital after seventeen successful years as an account manager at Harty Integrated Solutions in New Haven, CT. His work focused on building direct mail, digital print, and multi-channel business for a wide range of clients including healthcare, non-profit, education, B2C, and B2B markets. He began his career managing digital prepress production for major consumer food brands and business development with a family printing business. He is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with a BS in print management and science.

 

Karen Shecter, Strategic Solutions Provider

Prior to joining MSP Digital, Karen spent 12 years with Random House Publishing as Northeast Sales Manager and was responsible for leading her team to increasing market share and sales of hardcover, trade and paperback books in the wholesale and retail locations. Previously, she was with Warner Publishing Services for 5 years. She is a graduate of Colby Sawyer College with a BS in Business. Karen volunteers with the Zakim Center for Integrative Therapies, Challenge Unlimited Equine Center and the Jimmy Fund Walk.
